Returns & Refunds
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong colour or design
- Accidental purchases
Please review the sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider but generally take 5–10 business days after the refund has been processed.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin production shortly after they are placed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started. If you need assistance, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
